MWB is proud to celebrate Tom’s 5-year anniversary with our team!
Tom has been a valued member of MWB since August 5, 2021, and we are grateful for the dedication, leadership, and hard work he brings to every project. As one of our Project Managers, Tom has played an important role in projects such as Integra Apartments and is currently helping bring Elysium Luxury Living Apartments to life.

Warehouse Inventory Sale
A variety of items for sale from a local builder looking to clean out their warehouse. A few of the items include smart hubs and switches, key locks, thermostats, and misc. lighting. There are some small appliances and stainless-steel sinks.
Starting August 13th.
Thursday and Fridays through the end of August. Except for August 21st.

At Our Kiley View Project: The Clubhouse interior is now being painted, with other finishes ongoing, and the exterior stucco of the clubhouse is being colored. The pool has been dug!

The 1st building at the entrance, BLDG #13, is now at the 3rd-floor framing stage, with the roof starting next week. Framing is ongoing at (3) other buildings.

Most of the site has also been paved, and the curbs and gutters have been poured.

Our new Summit Heights project will have 70 age- and income-qualified units. The site work has officially started, and we are looking forward to building another quality project in Reno.

Kiley View’s Clubhouse is being insulated and drywalled currently with the pool starting very soon! Currently the first three buildings are also being framed with the first building at the entrance of the property starting on the second floor of framing. Also, the curb and gutter are continuing throughout the site.

Celebrating 8 years with Richard at MWB! 🎉
As a valued Project Manager, Richard has played an integral role in delivering successful projects, including Double R Apartments, Springview Apartments and Redfield - and now leading efforts on Kylie View Apartments.

Kiley View’s Clubhouse is framed, and we are continuing with all inside electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Pool to start pre-construction soon and we are going to start framing the first buildings first of May!
