Kiley View’s Clubhouse is being insulated and drywalled currently with the pool starting very soon! Currently the first three buildings are also being framed with the first building at the entrance of the property starting on the second floor of framing. Also, the curb and gutter are continuing throughout the site.

Kiley View’s Clubhouse is framed, and we are continuing with all inside electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Pool to start pre-construction soon and we are going to start framing the first buildings first of May!

Sage by Vintage will be complete this month! We are finalizing the permits for the site and getting ready to get the final Certificate of Occupancy for the Last Building #2. Our team did a great job getting this job done early and within budget.
