Craftsmanship should show from the street. A custom standing seam metal overhang now runs the length of the garage, with lighting tucked underneath to warm the front of the home at night. At the entry, a brand new door in bright coastal blue. The same standard that ran through the kitchen and bathrooms at our Lynnfield project, carried out to the curb.

Small rooms show craftsmanship the fastest, because there is nowhere to hide. A sage green vanity topped with black quartz, brushed nickel fixtures, and tile lines that stay true wherever you look. The second bathroom at our Lynnfield project proves the point: the size of the room never changes the standard of the work.

A bathroom gets used every single day, so every detail has to hold up. Custom tilework lines the frameless glass walk-in shower, laid straight and true. A navy vanity grounds the room, and every finish was chosen to look this sharp for years to come. The primary bath at our Lynnfield project, finished top to bottom.

The small details are where fine craftsmanship lives. Double wall ovens set flush into custom cabinetry. A statement stainless hood hung square and true. An induction cooktop, an undermount sink beneath a picture window, and quartz running the full length of the kitchen. Most people never notice this work. It is the reason a kitchen feels right every single day.

A kitchen should work as hard as it looks. White quartz counters on a double tier island, one level for cooking and one for gathering. Custom cabinetry built to fit the room, a statement pendant to anchor it, and new hardwood floors tying it into the rest of the home. Every choice in this Lynnfield kitchen was made to be used every day and to last for years.

This wasn't a renovation. It was a transformation.
New floor. Two-car garage. Custom staircase with glass walls and wooden railings. Kitchen tilework. Finished bathrooms top to bottom.
Same address, completely different home.

It's not just a way to get from one floor to the next. It's the centerpiece of the home. Every detail matters, and nothing ties a home together quite like a staircase done right.

This beautiful custom staircase at our Gannon Court project in Rockport spans from the ground level all the way to the top floor, connecting every level of the home in one seamless flow. Light wood treads bring warmth to every step, sleek glass walls keep the space feeling open and safe, and handcrafted wooden railings add that perfect finishing touch.
