So I'm like 90% done on the exterior remodel here. Im getting excited and wanted to post pictures before im completely finished! Its been tons of work. Replaced siding, trim, windows, doors, paint and a whole bunch of odds and ends to get these old bones looking fresh again! Got 2 more windows in the front to do and that will be a wrap other than touch up paint. Before and after pics of this 1949 farmhouse

Client had some dryrot issue's pertaining to her window trim. Tore out the old fluted trim, installed all new pine boards. Had to make a jig, to find the focal point so i could lay out the arch for the header piece
