We had a great time participating in the AGC Career Exploration Fair!

It was a great opportunity to connect with local high school students, answer questions, and share what a career in the construction trades can look like.

Events like this are a great way to introduce the next generation to the opportunities available in our industry. Thank you to AGC for putting together an event that helps students explore their future careers!

Tomorrow’s the day!

Join us at 11:00 AM for the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the Coral Cliffs Family Fun Center.

We’re excited to celebrate the completion of this project with Hurricane City, our project partners, and the community. It’s been great watching this one come together, and we’re looking forward to officially opening the doors and marking the occasion.

We had a great time at our annual Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch and are grateful for everyone who came out. We get to work with some pretty great people, and we appreciate everything our subcontractors and partners bring to each project.

And a special thank you to Wasatch Trailer Sales for letting us use their shop to host the lunch. We really appreciate it!

A fun day on the course for a great cause! We loved being part of the Fore the Kids Golf Tournament put on by the Washington County School District. Always grateful for opportunities to support the kids and schools that make our community such a great place to call home!

A good day for some golf. ⛳️

Our Grass Creek team got to be part of two different tournaments today.

We were proud to be the Title Sponsor for the Washington County Children’s Justice Center Golf Tournament, supporting a great organization that does a lot for kids and families in our community.

We also sponsored a hole at the SUU Construction Management Golf Tournament and had another group from our team out there enjoying the day.

It was a fun day supporting two great causes, and spending time with the community.

The Seminary building next to Cedar City High School is officially complete!

After being demolished and completely rebuilt, this space has been thoughtfully redesigned to better serve students for years to come. Join us in celebrating its reopening at the upcoming open house—we’re grateful to have been part of bringing this project to life.

A look back at one of our completed projects: the Washington County Water Conservancy District renovation.

A thoughtful renovation can transform how a building serves the people who use it every day.

This project focused on creating a more functional, modern workspace while maximizing the existing footprint of the facility.

Highlights of the renovation include:
• 15 new offices added throughout the building
• A fully renovated main-floor lobby with a more open, modern design
• A remodeled council chamber with increased seating capacity and a custom council members’ table
• A new conference room and additional offices in the basement
• A new restroom on the main floor
• Renovations surrounding the building’s signature fish aquarium, including a dedicated filtration and storage room
• A new planter box and updated stucco at the front entrance
• Installation of 15 new cherry wood doors and frames throughout the facility

From demolition and framing to the finishing details, this renovation was all about improving functionality while creating a space built to serve Washington County for years to come.

Progress continues at the Hurricane City Pool!

We’re wrapping up the final phases of foundation work while the CMU walls continue to take shape. Over the next few weeks, the remaining walls will be completed as crews continue underground utility installation and site excavation.

Next up, we’ll begin installing the structural steel trusses and roof deck, a major milestone that will bring the project one step closer to taking shape. Once the structure is in place, our trade partners will begin HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installation over the pool areas.

We’re excited to see this project continue moving forward and look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Here’s a first look at the vision for the Coral Cliffs Family Entertainment Center, currently under construction in Hurricane next to the Coral Cliffs Cinema!

Once complete, this entertainment destination will feature:

• Family bowling lanes
• VIP bowling lounge with private lanes and a bar
• Brunswick Spark immersive bowling
• Indoor/Outdoor mini golf
• Arcade games
• VR arena
• Interactive darts and axe throwing
• The Faultline restaurant
• Concessions
• Party and private event rooms

We’re excited to be part of bringing this project to life and look forward to sharing more as construction progresses. Stay tuned for future posts highlighting each space and what makes this facility a unique destination for Southern Utah.
