The Seminary building next to Cedar City High School is officially complete!

After being demolished and completely rebuilt, this space has been thoughtfully redesigned to better serve students for years to come. Join us in celebrating its reopening at the upcoming open house—we’re grateful to have been part of bringing this project to life.

A look back at one of our completed projects: the Washington County Water Conservancy District renovation.

A thoughtful renovation can transform how a building serves the people who use it every day.

This project focused on creating a more functional, modern workspace while maximizing the existing footprint of the facility.

Highlights of the renovation include:
• 15 new offices added throughout the building
• A fully renovated main-floor lobby with a more open, modern design
• A remodeled council chamber with increased seating capacity and a custom council members’ table
• A new conference room and additional offices in the basement
• A new restroom on the main floor
• Renovations surrounding the building’s signature fish aquarium, including a dedicated filtration and storage room
• A new planter box and updated stucco at the front entrance
• Installation of 15 new cherry wood doors and frames throughout the facility

From demolition and framing to the finishing details, this renovation was all about improving functionality while creating a space built to serve Washington County for years to come.

Progress continues at the Hurricane City Pool!

We’re wrapping up the final phases of foundation work while the CMU walls continue to take shape. Over the next few weeks, the remaining walls will be completed as crews continue underground utility installation and site excavation.

Next up, we’ll begin installing the structural steel trusses and roof deck, a major milestone that will bring the project one step closer to taking shape. Once the structure is in place, our trade partners will begin HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installation over the pool areas.

We’re excited to see this project continue moving forward and look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Here’s a first look at the vision for the Coral Cliffs Family Entertainment Center, currently under construction in Hurricane next to the Coral Cliffs Cinema!

Once complete, this entertainment destination will feature:

• Family bowling lanes
• VIP bowling lounge with private lanes and a bar
• Brunswick Spark immersive bowling
• Indoor/Outdoor mini golf
• Arcade games
• VR arena
• Interactive darts and axe throwing
• The Faultline restaurant
• Concessions
• Party and private event rooms

We’re excited to be part of bringing this project to life and look forward to sharing more as construction progresses. Stay tuned for future posts highlighting each space and what makes this facility a unique destination for Southern Utah.

We had a great time being part of the AGC’s Build the World Girls 2026 Construction Camp.👷‍♀️🔨

Grass Creek Construction was proud to sponsor the camp and host the girls at one of our active church meetinghouse projects. Getting to walk a real jobsite and see construction in action gave them a real look at how everything comes together behind the scenes. While they were at the project, some of our incredible women from Grass Creek also spoke with them, sharing their experiences in the industry and what it’s like helping keep everything running day to day.

The girls also spent time at Career Tech High School learning from women working across different trades and hearing how they built their careers in construction. They even got to build dog houses as part of the hands-on experience.

Grateful to AGC for putting this together and thankful we get to be part of bringing more girls into the construction industry! 🎀🦺

We poured two surge tanks today at the Hurricane Pool. These tanks will catch and store overflow water, helping keep the pool water level steady and the circulation system running smoothly once the pool is in operation.
Great job to our concrete crew! And a big thanks to Interstate Rock ( ) for the mud and Virgin Valley Concrete Pumping ( ) for providing the pump!

This spring, Sayde Madrigal got a firsthand look at what it takes to bring construction projects to life.

From estimating and safety to project coordination and field operations, she spent time learning from teams across our company. She discovered there’s much more happening behind the scenes than most people realize.

Now, the recent Pine View High School graduate and state runner-up wrestler is headed to Arizona State University to study Construction Management.
