This 6,836 sq. ft. desert-color retail pad is taking shape and already seeing strong activity.

We completed the tenant improvement for Mo’ Bettahs, which is now open and extremely busy — mahalo to everyone who supported the grand opening and continues to show up. The interior reflects their signature Hawaiian-inspired design, and the restaurant includes a drive-through for added convenience.

The pad is designed to accommodate multiple restaurant users, including a future burger concept that will also feature a drive-through, with additional space reserved for a third tenant when the timing is right.

Always rewarding to see a retail restaurant project come to life and immediately serve the community. Mahalo to our crews, partners, and clients who help make projects like this possible!

We are beginning to demo the pool! We will rebuild in its place 2 new large indoor pools! A lap pool with two high diving boards at one end, and the second will be an activity pool with a lazy river, slide and a shallow area with toys for young kids.

Another great middle of the night pour in the books!
Crews were on site and ready to go at 2:00 AM for a 22,000 sq ft concrete pour, including 6,000 sq ft of recessed floor, all poured at the same time to keep everything aligned and clean. Expansion joints stayed straight, sequencing stayed tight, and the pour flowed exactly as planned.

With two concrete pumps (), a laser screed (), and nonstop concrete delivery (), the operation never slowed down. Trucks kept coming, the slab kept moving, and there was no waiting around!

From prep to placement, this was a smooth, well-executed pour made possible by a killer crew, strong coordination, and solid teamwork across the board.

We’re excited to share the completion of a new climate-controlled U-Haul self-storage facility in St. George, Utah! This location features 820 units across two buildings — a 92,625 sq ft primary facility and an additional ~14,000 sq ft building — on a 6-acre site.
The facility offers indoor, climate-controlled storage designed to keep customers’ belongings protected from the elements and includes features that support a wide range of storage needs, from household items to long-term solutions.

Building on this momentum, we’re now underway on a new U‑Haul self-storage project in Cedar City, bringing the same focus on quality and durability to another growing community!

Last week, we had the opportunity to take part in AGC’s We Build Utah Job Fair at Dixie Technical College!🦺

Students from local high schools and colleges stopped by to learn more about the many trades that make up the construction industry. They got hands-on experience trying out tools like hammers, nail and screw guns, and even got to fire up the tie gun our concrete crew uses—always a crowd favorite!🔨
