🚧 Now Hiring: Construction Equipment Operator 🚧
We’re looking for a skilled and safety‑focused Construction Equipment Operator to join our team! This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment in a fast‑paced construction environment. Training may be available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Safely and efficiently operate construction equipment such as loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks, water trucks, and more
Maintain safe excavation slopes and ensure proper barricading
Identify and locate utilities and underground lines prior to digging
Perform basic equipment servicing and maintenance; report major issues to supervision
Apply knowledge of trenching and shoring standards
Track time and material usage
Understand aggregate sizes, classifications, and load weight requirements
Travel between job sites ranging from highways to rural dirt roads
Assist labor crews as needed, including physical work related to pipe installation, utility work, road construction, and asphalt placement

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of related experience or training preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong commitment to safety
Willingness to perform physical work and support the crew as needed
