House lift almost complete. We had beautifully renovated this 1 story bungalow about 5 years ago The owner couldn’t stand to tear it down so plans were made to raise it up above flood plain. We started by stripping the old siding off, insulating walls from the exterior, new sheathing and house wrap, new hardie siding, then house was raised, new foundation and block walls, interior and exterior stairs, elevator, impact windows and sliders, stucco lower walls. Paint, stainless steel cable railing currently being installed.

Jungle Prada kitchen addition coming together. Solid Walnut Stoffer Cabinetry, walls getting a micro plaster finish and the white oak ceiling expertly installed with flush inset recessed lights. Custom Cypress beams wrap the exposed structural beams. This project has been carefully thought out by Scott Geresy (Architect and Designer) and Victoria Strange (Design & Selections).
