Grand opening nights are a good kind of pressure test, bright lights and a full room will show you fast if the details are right. We had a lot of fun building this Porsche store, and it was a solid feeling seeing it packed and finished.

That grand opening night was a cool one, the place was packed and the building finally got to do what it was built for. Ken Garff Porsche of Lehi turned out clean, and it was a good feeling seeing it full of people and cars.

108,000 square feet in Jackson, and it moves fast once it starts moving.

This place went modular, so the big pieces show up ready to set, and the rest of the job is making every connection, finish, and exterior line land the way it should.

What part of a project like this would you want to see more of, setting day or the finished product?

This one in Jackson is a modular apartment build, and it’s a different rhythm than a typical site-built project.

Big sections go in first, then the job becomes about tying every connection together and getting the exterior to read as one clean building.

Once the sets are done, it’s all the small work that makes it livable.

This build is pretty unique, especially for Jackson.

It’s modular, so a lot of the work happened off site, then our job was to set it, tie everything together, and make the finished product match the standard Jackson expects.

Two 100-unit buildings and we’re proud of how this one has turned out.

An exterior upgrade that makes an immediate impact.

This project focused on refreshing the outside of the Outback Steakhouse location in Layton from top to bottom. Updated rooflines, extended canopies, new finishes, lighting, and concrete work all coming together to give the building a sharper, more cohesive look.

Same footprint. Cleaner lines. A solid upgrade built to stand out and hold up.
