Beautiful Sunday evening. While most are winding down, we’re still on the job making progress.
Today we’re opening up the stucco to install a 4x6 support post that will carry a 4x12 beam, which will support our 20-foot-long 2x12 rafters. Next up is installing the ledger, and we’ll be one step closer to drying in this home.
Every beam, every post, and every detail brings this project closer to becoming someone’s dream home. Progress may be slow at times, but it’s always moving forward.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there who work hard, lead their families, build their dreams, and protect what matters most.

Today, we’re celebrating both family and progress.

We’re excited to share that we’re approximately halfway through the front section of our Eucalyptus Hills project. The framing is complete, the shear walls are installed, the posts and brackets are in place, and we just passed our roof inspection. Next up, the roof will be covered, bringing us one step closer to turning this vision into reality.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a project take shape from plans on paper to a structure that will serve a family for years to come.

🚧 BIG PROGRESS happening at Semper Remodeling & Construction! 🚧

We’ve officially got the subfloor installed, our exterior walls are starting to go up, and we passed another inspection this morning! 💪🔥

Now the project is really beginning to take shape. Framing is moving quickly while plumbing work is happening simultaneously to keep this beautiful 1,400 sq. ft. addition on track. And this is just the beginning…

This property will also include a brand-new ADU and storage unit, creating incredible added value and functionality for the homeowner.

We’re excited to continue sharing the journey with you step by step as this transformation unfolds.
