Team Member Thursday - Behind the Business - Meet Max Gessler

Max joined the BPT team in 2023 as our designer/ engineer. You can find him in the office working on drawings or talking to customers about custom orders. If he is not in the office, you can catch him running the plasma table in the shop or pitching in wherever he is needed.

We have had another busy week in the shop, with orders getting ready to hit the road!
This week, our products are headed to customers in Texas, Idaho, Iowa, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and right here in Tennessee!
We love seeing our products leave our shop in MIddle Tennessee and head to customers all across the country.

We have a full list of orders making their way to our dock this week!
Here, Patrick is welding up a custom attachment we designed for a new customer. One of the things we love about what we do is finding solutions for a customer when they need something a little different from our standard products.

Behind the Business: Meet Kari Bell

If you have called, emailed, messaged us on Facebook, or placed an order lately, chances are you have talked to Kari!

Kari is the other half of BPT, our office manager, customer service department, social media manager, list maker, and when ABSOLUTELY necessary—bathroom cleaner. She has also been married to Trey for 14 years, so she has plenty of experience keeping him in line!

She officially joined BPT full time in June, but she has been behind the scenes since the first piece of equipment was unloaded into Trey’s garage in 2011.

Trey handles the measurements, math, and engineering. Kari keeps the customer side of the business running with spreadsheets, email campaigns, social media marketing, and the occasional trip into the shop to chase someone down for an answer to a customer’s question.

Bell Precision Tool is truly a family business. We are grateful for the hardworking team behind our name and for every customer who continues to trust us with their projects!

Bell Precision Tool started in 2011 in a small corner of Trey’s garage with a few machines and an idea. Today, BPT manufactures tractor and skid steer attachments for customers all over the USA who need equipment that works hard and is built to last.

We design and build adapters for a wide variety of makes and models, helping our customers get more versatility out of the equipment they already own. Adapters are only part of what comes out of our shop though!
We also manufacture:

• Trailer movers

• Man baskets
• Mini skid steer attachments
• And lots more!
