This morning, our South Louisiana team gathered for breakfast, cooked fresh on the Blackstone by Chef Mitch Fabacher! Mitch served up pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns, and it was a great way to start the day together.

We are excited to welcome several new team members who have joined us since our last team photo: Payton Fournier, Jack Price, Victoria Nicosia, and Daniel Moore.

We're missing a few members in these photos, but our team continues to grow, and we are grateful for the energy, talent, and camaraderie everyone brings to Mechanical Concepts!
