We would like to welcome Lilly Pelletier to the team! She will be joining us as a full-time design associate. Lilly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky where she also received her certificate of Design Historic Preservation. Lilly went on to receive her Master of Architecture at the Ohio State University. Lilly is passionate about design and she is very excited to join the Freytag team as she continues to pursue her architectural license!

Congratulations to Rachel Schmitmeyer on becoming a Registered Architect!

Rachel is currently busy assisting our clients with early programming and concept designs, creating construction drawings, selecting finishes, and meeting with contractors on job sites.

After earning her Bachelor’s in Architecture from Miami University and her Master’s in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Hayley Schmiesing is excited to be joining the Freytag team! At Ohio State, Hayley was named a finalist for her Master Degree Project. Hayley has grown up going to construction sites and has experience in commercial and K-12 design. Hayley spends her free time cooking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors. Hayley resides in Minster with her husband, Bryce, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Jett. Welcome to the team, Hayley!

After 13 years with Freytag & Associates, Inc., Larry Ludlow retired this December. During his time here, Larry was instrumental in his role as Educational Planner. Larry worked with numerous schools over the years helping them engage their communities, craft master plans, and improve their facilities. He helped keep the office “peachy-keen-fine” and all of us up-to-date with the Cleveland Guardians - his presence will be greatly missed. Thank you for everything, Larry! Happy Retirement!

A wine boutique several years in the making is finding its home in a Miami Valley community. The boutique is set to open in spring of 2023 and will bring eight new jobs to the area.
