This filament winding system is heading out after a complete rebuild.

Fully modernized with all new controls, this system was reworked from the ground up to improve performance, reliability, and long term usability.

What you see here is the final stage. More photos showing the full rebuild process from tear down to completion will be shared soon.

🚀 FlexLoad System Preview

Here is an early look at the FlexLoad system prior to final installation.

Designed with flexibility in mind, this solution combines FANUC robotics and advanced 3D vision to identify and handle a wide range of parts without the need for fixed tooling or precise part presentation. The result is a more adaptable approach to machine tending that supports faster setup and easier changeovers.

This is a preview of the system as it comes together. Additional video will be shared once the system is fully installed and operating in production.
