Automation isn't one size fits all. Every customer requires a solution built around their process.

Right now, we have multiple FANUC collaborative robot systems in production, including custom automation cells and several SmartLoad machine tending platforms.

Every application is different, but the reason manufacturers continue to invest in collaborative robotics is the same: greater flexibility, improved machine utilization, consistent production, and the ability to automate without completely changing existing operations.

These photos represent a wide range of customer applications, all built around solving unique manufacturing challenges with the right automation solution.

We're looking forward to sharing more of these projects as they move through the shop and into production.

Built for flexibility. Engineered for repeatability.

This custom Fitting Assembly Cell combines five flexible feeders, four coordinated robots, precision torque controlled assembly, and an 8 station indexing dial to automate the assembly of multiple fitting sizes within a compact production cell.

Another custom automation solution delivered by IC Automation.

This Automated Weldment Inspection Cell combines robotics, 3D vision, and advanced metrology to automate the complete inspection and handling of welded tube steel posts from pallet to pallet.

The result is a fully integrated process that improves throughput, delivers consistent quality verification, reduces manual handling, and provides complete inspection traceability.

We're putting the finishing touches on this fully automated weldment inspection cell, designed to streamline the inspection, handling, and repalletizing of welded tube steel posts through advanced robotics, 3D vision, and precision metrology. From automated depalletizing to complete 3D quality verification and intelligent repalletizing, every aspect of the system is engineered to improve throughput, consistency, and traceability while reducing manual handling.

At IC Automation, we're proud of the work we do, but we're equally grateful for the people who make it possible. Family Day gave us the opportunity to welcome the families behind our team, share what we build, and spend time together outside of the day to day.
