Today, we wrapped up another successful project in **Prescott, WI**, and along the way we had a special opportunity to pass on some knowledge.

The homeowner had formed up a small pad for their trash cans and asked if, by chance, we had enough extra concrete to pour it. We sure did! Instead of one of our experienced crew members taking over, we handed the trowel to **Ethan**, who is spending his summer break learning the concrete trade.

We're proud to say he absolutely **did not disappoint!** 👏 The trash can pad turned out fantastic, and Ethan gained valuable hands-on experience that can't be taught in a classroom.
