Spring has brought exciting advancements at Northwood Station in Wood Dale, IL.

While brick and siding are beginning to transform the exterior, there's just as much progress happening behind the walls. Plumbing testing, HVAC installation, electrical infrastructure, fire protection systems, and roofing work are all advancing simultaneously to keep this mixed-use multifamily development moving forward.
