Steering box to an old loader. Customer brought it to me because they cant get parts for it anymore and they had tried multiple times to weld the 2 steering shafts together in the machine. Well I ended up tearing entire thing apart to find out even a roller bearing was completely toasted. So ended up replacing/repairing/fixing everything else that was found broken inside of it. Attached a u joint to the shaft for multiple reasons. For easier install/removal and to have strong connection points that also have a little give to them.

This was an on going job from this summer. It was an honor to work on this property. It was a blessing to see the lake everyday I was there as well. Was a major change to these baseplates. They were very thin copper from about 80 years ago. They been beat up by normal maintenence around the property. And it showed. Now they are replaced with 16 gauge stainless that had been sandblasted by ADK Blast N Coat before installation so the paint had a proper texture to adhere to. Customer asked for them to be seamless appearing as well so they were seam sealed and palm sanded before final paint. Alot of work went into taking care of these properly and no steps skipped.

Locking pin system for a deck gate. This deck gate was already installed here by someone else. The design of lock that they used was completely wrong for this application. So I designed one with a locking spring mechanism where it keeps the pin off the deck when not in lock position so it doesnt cause drag marks on the deck surface.

Small portable bridge able to be picked up with forks on one end produced for a customer so they can cross a small brook on their property in multiple places. Needed to be able to pick up from one end and move. Customer is installing their own wood across the deck.

Well. Was time the shop acquired a better truck suited for our needs. Cranes not massive but being able to pick stuff up to load and offload is huge. No more needing people onsite in order to make sure we can be loaded/unloaded. Have something needing to be fixed? We can most likely pick up the project and drop it back off for a fee!

Quick job to hammer out today. This cuatomer wanted these boyancy blocks on the rear. This little boat has a 90hp motor on it and is not very stable. These floats will dramatically help with the problem! Customer is painting themselves. Put drains in for if there is ever a actual leak. I personally welded this. Im 100% sure it wont leak but in the chance something gets dragged along bottom and creates a problem its there to help them.
