Just a reminder!

At J. Euber Energy, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. By placing an order for fuel delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

* Payment is required upon delivery of fuel.
* Once fuel has been delivered, the sale is final.
* All deliveries are non-refundable.
* We do not accept order cancellations once a delivery has been scheduled and dispatched.
* If payment has already been made, no refunds will be issued after delivery has been completed.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate tank capacity and have ordered the correct product and quantity prior to delivery.

By requesting delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Hi everyone!

So this is not a post I’d like to make but it needs to be said. 😕

If you file a chargeback with your bank after your oil was delivered, you will be banned from future deliveries.
Just because you didn’t want to pay or couldn’t afford the delivery it is not acceptable.

There are agencies available in our area to help you but you MUST contact them first BEFORE delivery is made. HEAP, Catholic Charities, Heart Share, etc.

We understand times are hard but we struggle as well.
This is our lively hood and we wouldn’t do that to you…🥺
