LG has come out with a thinner door with zero clearance hinges! It has been a sore spot for decades. Now you can get a more built-in look and take up less space. This will be especially useful if you have a wall right next to your refrigerator spot and have been limited in the past with what size refrigerator you could put there because of a thick door.

Call times and ease of access-

According to all mighty Google: the average customer service call requires 3 phone tree selections, 1 in 9 calls presses the wrong button and has to start over, 1 in 12 hang up in frustration. This one surprised me... 1 in 6 get through the phone tree just to find out the business is closed and do not get a voicemail option. Do you want to know when my phone is off? NEVER!

You know why? 1. I love my job. 2. I want to keep the business I work hard to get. 3. If I do not keep my word, I lose my reputation.
4. Sales is hard work, if you are not willing to answer the phone as a salesperson, you should look for another profession.

5 The Most Important Reason:
It sets me apart from big box stores who use phone trees and all the other problems that come with them.
