Thank you to the teachers from Oxford County's vocational programs who spent time with us at our Maine plant. They came to learn about the range of careers that begin on our production floor, so they can help connect their students to real opportunities close to home.
Educators are the front line of workforce development in Maine. Every framer, finisher, and tradesperson who builds here started somewhere — and more often than not, it started with a teacher who showed them the trades were a path worth taking. We're grateful for the partnership and for everything you do to prepare students to enter the workforce.
