Sylvan's Michigan Service Division recently delivered comprehensive HVAC services across two occupied high‑rise commercial towers—handling critical equipment replacements, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep systems running reliably.

Our work included boiler and cooling tower replacements, pump upgrades, cooling coil installations, and VFDs to improve efficiency and control.
