Thank you Roebuck Buildings Co., Inc. for the mention. This was a great project for our team at GPN and led by Kyle Henry. The renderings were created by our very own Chris Neff.

Another new building is underway! Roebuck Buildings is excited to partner with Upward Sports on the construction of their new headquarters off Highway 29 and I-85 in Spartanburg. The 8,400 sq ft office designed by GPN Architecture, Inc. will be a structural steel building with a masonry and EFIS veneer. The interior will consist of open flex space with high ceilings and lots of windows to maximize the natural light in the space. The open flex spaces will be surrounded by offices, breakrooms, and large conference rooms. A covered patio area and a small exterior green space will be created for employees to enjoy.

This project has been truly exciting to be a part of for several reasons. One of the most significant aspects is its close proximity to home and its direct impact on a local family-owned small business. GPN is excited to have partnered with Hub City Hospitality on the Flock Shop to bring a great restaurant to South Pine Street and the Spartanburg Community.

Hot chicken is a hot concept, but other than Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack, who plans to open over a year from now along Laurens Road, the Upstate has seen little of it.

Work continues at the Project "Sam" site in Prosperity, SC. The 105,000SF stamping plant has steel up and is moving along on schedule. Thank you to our partners, GPN, Alliance Engineering, Arrowood&Arrowood, Jennings Dill and Walker Whiteside.

GPN has the pleasure of teaming with Roebuck on the renovated and expanded Vic Bailey Volkswagen in Spartanburg.

We've recently completed another project for the Vic Bailey Automotive family. The renovated - and gorgeous - Vic Bailey Volkswagen Store, located on Reidville Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, includes a new vehicle showroom and administrative offices, as well as a new parts department with renovations to the existing service department.
