**We diagnosed a grounded compressor on their 20 year old system and the homeowner opted to take the UPGRADE option with his home warranty and pay the difference to replace the system.

Now they’re cooling comfortably and have 10 years parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty.

2 1/2 ton AC condenser and horizontal cased coil changeout!

*********STORY TIME***********

So this homeowner has been a customer of mine for years with working on both of their hvac systems within their Home Warranty they have on the house.

We’ve done SEVERAL repairs on both of the systems over the years, but we had to replace the downstairs gas package unit last summer.

The homeowner reached out to us Directly and had us replace the upstairs AC split system that was about 35+ years old.

Now their upstairs is cooling the best it has in Years and is now able to keep up with the Charleston Hot Summer!

It’s been a steady week with different changeouts.

Colby and James did 3 different air handler / cased coil installs this week.

The first two pictures are of an air handler changeout that was done on Monday.

The second set of pictures are of a cased coil changeout that was done Tuesday.

The third set is of a different cased coil changeout that was done on Wednesday!

I truly appreciate the hard work and care that these guys put into these installs and making sure the homeowners are cooling and comfortable!

Cased coil changeout number 1 done this week by James and Colby!

This homeowner has a home warranty and has also been a customer with Flowertown heating and air for a while.

The last couple of years they’ve had a slow Freon leak. So we tried using stop leak to see if it would slow it down and completely fix the leak. 80% of the time it works, but in this case stop leak didn’t work and the evap coil needed to be replaced.

So we installed a new cased evap coil and homeowner is cooling and comfortable!

Been a busy week (this is cases coil changeout number 2) that was done by James and Colby!

This homeowner contacted us through their home warranty company and the system was completely empty upon arrival. We performed a leak search and found it leaking at the evap coil.

We got a new cased evap coil ordered and installed it with a new drain pan and float switch.

Another happy customer is cooling and comfortable!

This homeowner has been a customer of Flowertown heating and air for years and we’ve done maintenance and several repairs on his 20 year old system.

It finally got to the point of just not being repairable anymore, so we installed this 14.3 seer2 Goodman heat pump split system and will now have 10 years parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty.

4 ton heat pump package unit changeout out with new pad and weather proof hood!

This homeowner has been a customer of mine for MANY years and we’ve done a lot of work on his old unit. It was about 20 years old and it finally hit the point of needing replaced.

Now they have a unit in that is more efficient and will save on the electricity bill, also will have 10 years parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty!

3 ton heat pump package unit changeout!

This homeowner has been one of my customers for 10+ years and we replaced his upstairs unit a couple of years ago.

His downstairs system was 25 years old and had an unrepairable leak in the coils, so it was time to replace it. Now he’s got a 10 years parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty, with this brand new system that’ll also lower his electric bill since it’s a lot more efficient!
