If you’ve spent any time around Watermark Design Build, you’ve probably felt Natalie’s impact. She leads our accounting department with excellence, brings unmatched energy and personality to the office, and is often the glue that holds everything together. As a wife and mother of five adult sons, she knows a thing or two about keeping things organized. We are beyond thankful for her dedication, friendship, and the countless ways she helps make Watermark what it is today.

Watermark Team Member Highlight: Meet our newest Design & Sales Consultant Adier!

Born and raised as a Florida native of 30 years. He loves cooking, entertaining people and his dogs. Hobbies are rock climbing, wake boarding and fishing. Strong Christian values, very family oriented. Adier started working in the construction world at 20yrs old, he is a licensed home inspector and self proclaimed perfectionist. (lol) We are happy to have you a part of the team Adier! 👏🏻

Leathered gives you that rich texture and natural movement, while honed delivers a smooth, soft matte finish. Both beautiful… just depends on the vibe you’re going for ✨

The hardwood and porcelain tile are officially being installed at The Garrison House, and this is one of those moments where the whole vision starts to feel REAL.

Big thanks to MSI for providing the flooring — the perfect mix of timeless + elevated.
