360 backpacks packed. 360 smiles ready for day one 😄🎒🔥 Our IT, Finance and Communications teams at the Tampa corporate office made a difference for children in our community this week by volunteering to fill 300 brand-new backpacks with essential school supplies in partnership with United Way Suncoast.

For more than 100 years, United Way Suncoast works to mobilize communities into action so all can thrive. They do this by focusing on three interconnected impact areas: Educational Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency.

Many families in the Suncoast region struggle to afford basic school supplies… So, this event? It meant a lot. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help young minds start the school year ready to succeed 📚✨

Last month, a few Refresco leaders brought lots of ❤️ to the HEB Tournament of Champions . Two days. Big moments. Bigger impact.

Day one was all momentum with some activities. Day two shifted to service as 1,200 volunteers spread across San Antonio. Team Refresco jumped in at the San Antonio Food Bank to build lunch trays, pack veggies, box canned goods and load cars for neighbors in need. 🚗💛

The event raised an incredible $18.5 million for organizations across Texas. 🙌

What began in 1986 as a small charity golf outing is now a fundraising powerhouse, generating more than $194 million over 40 years. We are proud to be part of that legacy and proud to serve the community! 🤝

If you’ve spent any time at the Wilson site, you know Adan. He’s the person who shows up with skill, heart, and a positivity that lifts the entire floor ✨

Adan doesn’t just complete tasks ... he elevates them! Whether he’s deep in high‑skill overhaul maintenance, guiding new hires through their first weeks or shaping stronger preventive maintenance programs and SOPs, he brings a level of craftsmanship and care that sets the tone for the team.

He’s the steady partner during audits. The go‑to on complex projects. And the source of the upbeat culture that keeps the department moving 💪

His impact is felt everywhere: stronger reliability, sharper processes and a team that performs better because of his hard work 🚀

🎉Recent feel-good news! The Buffalo AKG Art Museum was buzzing with excitement as student role models at a local school in Dunkirk, NY arrived for a day of discovery. For nearly every student, it was a first. A first museum and first look at world class art. 🖼️

And that's where Refresco Dunkirk comes in. They not only sponsored the trip ... they loaded students up with snacks, goodies and big smiles before the bus even left Dunkirk! 😄🚌🍎

The Refresco Dunkirk team says they’re thrilled to invest in local kids and open doors to new experiences. This trip is just the beginning. Refresco is committed to being a steady, positive force in Dunkirk City Schools all year long and beyond. 💙📚
