There’s a fresh spark in the Tampa office: Liters to Legends is BACK after a year+ hiatus! This public speaking club gives team members a place to practice real world presentation scenarios, try out new techniques and build confidence in a supportive, low-pressure setting.

The club is exclusive to the Tampa corporate office, yet the spirit behind it — people pushing themselves and supporting one another — is something everyone across Refresco can appreciate.

Great work is driven by people who care. Shoutout to Rich D., Maintenance Technician, for everything he brings to the team in Greendale, Indiana. 👏 With 20 years at Refresco under his belt, Rich is the kind of person who makes a difference without ever needing to be asked twice — or recognized. You can mention something in passing and before you know it, it’s already taken care of.

Most recently, Rich took the initiative on line three to install guarding around the heat guns used for pre-shrinking neck bands. With temperatures reaching up to 600 degrees, this added protection helps prevent potential burns and keeps our team safer every day.

Rich, your quiet leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety do not go unnoticed. We appreciate everything you do to make this a better and safer place to work! 💚

Happy to serve 💚 Huge appreciation for everything Fredonia Little League-NY and Dunkirk Little League do for the kids in the Dunkirk community!

A big thank you to Jordan Cooper and Refresco North America for their generous donation to our snack shack!

Part of the donation from them was given to Dunkirk Little League as well, so two local youth organizations benefited from this donation!
