Even on the hottest days we are ready to help when you need it most. After years of work at Meadow Park this water tank trailer spindle had enough! With events happening this coming weekend it’s important to have this trailer to be able to control dust in buildings and roadways. With the trailer being custom it’s not easy to find exact replacements so we took the other route and fitted and rewelded trailer spindle to make it through these upcoming events. But I’m sure she will work for a good while longer! Fitted spindle back up and cut bevels into it to make space to add as much weld as possible for strength and grinded down welds to reshape spindle so parts could be reinstalled properly. While we were there we also replace a bush hog support leg mount that had ripped and peeled off bush hog frame. Added some new plate over area and welded up new mount! Another mobile repair by JRM welding&fabrication LLC. This one was in a hard spot but with patience and a good hand it got completed. Repair will help get this truck to the end of the season safely so it can be sent out to manufacturer for replacement. Parts like this gear box mount stool takes weeks sometimes months to be replaced by manufacturers. With High demand on product it is vital to keep trucks on the road to run orders. Small repairs but very important as equipment stays on road everyday it’s always better to repair problems before they become a hazard for employees and the public. Aluminum can be challenging to repair specially after years of dirt and debris but with a good hand and patience anything is possible. Coming soon JRM welding & fabrication LLC will be making and producing different styles of metal shooting targets like but not limited to Reactive Dueling trees, Gong targets, Hostage Targets, Gong spinners, etc for all you Hunters, Gun fantastics, Sharp shooters, Range junkies and also your average home owner just trying to practice your aim for that “just incase” moment! I know here locally in the Tappahannock/Northern Neck area Hunting and Guns are a huge lifestyle for a lot of people and JRM welding is ready to provide you with quality built targets that will help you sharpen your aim for a LONG TIME! All targets will be built using AR 500 plate steel that you can use with handguns or rifles and everything in between! Different styles and sizes of targets will be available but will be also trying to get as creative as possible to challenge you Pro shooters out there! So stay tone because it’s coming soon! Not every job is about making Big Money! Sometimes it’s about helping people in need of your trade and skills. This customer suffered a bad accident a few years back where he lost three fingers from the left hand and other bad body injuries. Before the accident he loved spending time hitting the road on he’s motorcycle taking trips and enjoying the views. Over the last few months with patience and practice he was able to regain the strength to start riding again but missing three fingers makes it really difficult to squeeze the clutch actuating handle and that’s where the welding comes in! We took the handle and cut it in two pieces to move it down about 1inch and angled it closer to the handle bar helping it be closer to the rides hand making it more comfortable to grip and actuate without having to remove hand off handle bar! Helping this customer feel more comfortable when riding and shifting gears! A lot of times it’s about helping because the man above is always watching and he will pay you back with blessing that you will never expect! Like always we are happy to help! Thank you to NNW Auto supply of Tappahannock VA for allowing me to help with this project. If you know NNW you know that leaving the location is a hassle waiting at the stop light at Wawa/lowes intersection if you have to head back into town. The owner wanted to make it easier for customers to be able to use the intersection by Primis bank to avoid long waits at the light and help reduce risk of crossing lanes to reach light. They had spare fence doors that they wanted to install to make a new entrance/exit into the store property. We took and adapted the fence line to accommodate for doors and installed them in position.
