Our 2026 Sales Summit brought together our operations management, sales, and executive teams for several days of strategy, planning, and connection. Together, we reflected on what worked this year, challenged ourselves to think bigger, and aligned around how we'll keep delivering smarter, safer, more efficient production enhancement solutions for our customers.

This year's summit was filled with insight, teamwork, and plenty of good laughs. The energy coming out of it says it all: 2027 is going to be a big year.

This October, we're celebrating multiple work anniversaries across EnerCorp: Garet Sheridan, Joanne To, Brandon Gear, Eddie Rose, and Miguel Olivares. Swipe through to meet each of them.

Ten years ago, Brandon Gear joined EnerCorp's Grande Prairie shop, and he's spent the decade since becoming the person everyone knows they can count on. He's built experience across fitting, welding, Sub Arc, and just about everything else the job calls for, and he's always the first to take on the dirty, unglamorous work nobody else wants. His steady approach and consistent quality earned him EnerCorp's 2023 Employee of the Year.

Five years ago, Garet Sheridan rejoined EnerCorp after time away from welding, finished his apprenticeship, and became a valued member of our Structural team in Grande Prairie. Whether he's welding, fitting, or taking on a difficult fabrication job, he gets it done right, and he brings a great attitude to the shop every day, sharing his knowledge with the people around him.

At our Corporate office, Joanne To is marking five years with a path that's been one of steady growth: promoted from Senior Accountant to Manager of Accounting, and now stepping into a new role as Project Manager this month. She was instrumental in implementing EnerCorp's Fixed Asset and Lease NetSuite module, keeping the financial systems behind the business running smoothly. Outside of work, she's a loving wife and mother.

At MidlandOne, Eddie Rose is marking five years as an Operator II. He's hardworking, dependable, and always willing to do his part to get the job done, and the way he works alongside the rest of the crew has made him a valued part of the team.

In South Texas, Miguel Olivares is marking five years as an Operator II, and his impact goes well beyond his title. Miguel has been key in growing our South Texas district, helping secure new customers and maintain relationships across several accounts. He's one of the first eFlowback certified operators at EnerCorp and leads by example on every job, always willing to take on a new challenge and go the extra mile. Off the clock, he's working out, spending time with his nephews, or traveling.

A 2-mile lateral in the Permian Basin brought record-high sand production, the kind of well that exposes every weakness in a one-size-fits-all sand management setup.

EnerCorp's Sahara Advanced Sand Cyclone was configured specifically for that well's characteristics, not pulled off a shelf.
Over 71 days, the results held up under real pressure:
✅ Week one: 429,066 lbs of sand captured at 99.5% efficiency
✅ Weeks two through six: 1,288,598 lbs captured at 99.7% efficiency
✅ Full 71-day total: 1,541,558 lbs captured, with only 175 to 200 lbs reaching the production facility
✅ Sustained rates above 5,000 lbs per hour with just two operators per shift

One of the most admirable things about the EnerCorp 1-Team is how they show up for the communities they live and work in.

Our Woodlands corporate team continued that tradition recently, serving at a WINGS Ministries charity brunch. WINGS supports women rebuilding their lives after incarceration, addiction, or trafficking, offering them work-readiness training, life skills, and a community that believes in second chances.
