This month we're proud to celebrate three members of the EnerCorp 1-Team who each hit their five-year milestone. Three different roles, three different journeys, one thing in common: they all showed up and made this company better.
Kristian Juarez, 5 Years
Kristian started on the shop floor five years ago, rebuilding and troubleshooting Saharas in the old Midland shop with a willingness to learn everything. Now he runs inventory control at Midland One, managing over $1 million in parts with a focus on reliability and fair pricing. What stands out most is how he shows up for people. He steps in when things get hard, steps back when the win belongs to someone else, and teaches in a way that builds people up. Congratulations, Kristian.
Zane Lynch, 5 Years
As EnerCorp's Houston Corporate Account Manager, Zane has spent five years building lasting relationships and growing our South Texas presence. He pays attention to the details and never lets anything fall through the cracks. Outside of work, he's a devoted husband and father of four, and that same dedication shows up every day on the job. Congratulations, Zane.
Nick Brinson, 5 Years
Nick is the kind of person every team needs. Dependable and always ready to help, he's grown steadily over five years, stepping up in ways that don't go unnoticed. When something needs to get done, Nick gets it done. Off the clock, he's working on his truck and spending time with family and friends. Congratulations, Nick.
