EnerCorp is proud to announce our 2025 US Employee of the Year and Leader of the Year award winners.

US Leader of the Year: Brad Hall

Brad started at EnerCorp as a driver and has grown into one of the most respected leaders in the company. He leads by example every single day, holding himself to the same standard he sets for his team. Consistent, fair, and always approachable, Brad is the person people bring their problems to because they know he'll listen and act. He's played a key role in getting both the West Texas and South Texas shops organized and running efficiently, and he does it all with a humility that makes everyone around him better. Congratulations, Brad.

US Employee of the Year: London Cleveland

London came up through the field as an operator and has grown into a field supervisor who handles himself like a seasoned veteran. He co-supervised one of EnerCorp's larger accounts with minimal issues, staying engaged with customer management and keeping operations running safely and efficiently. What makes London stand out isn't just his performance. It's that he genuinely cares about his team. He answers when you call. He makes sure his guys are field-ready and work-ready. He does what's right even when no one is watching. Congratulations, London.

Two outstanding people who represent everything the 1-Team stands for. We're proud to have you both.

Stay tuned for the Canada announcements next week!

Sand erosion. Separator inefficiencies. Facility bottlenecks. Data blind spots. Long lead times for custom equipment.

These are the five most common production equipment challenges operators face across every major basin. They don't always show up all at once, but when they do, you feel it immediately in downtime, cost, and safety.

The fix isn't a single product. It's a partner who understands the entire production lifecycle and can engineer a fit-for-purpose solution for your actual well conditions, not a one-size-fits-all approach built around someone else's flow rates and pressures.

EnerCorp works across the full spectrum of these challenges, from advanced cyclone technology that captures virtually all sand before it reaches your facility, to real-time fluid visibility inside your separators, to custom-fabricated equipment built to your exact specs.

We broke down all five challenges in a new article. Worth a read if any of these sound familiar.

June is National Safety Month, and for EnerCorp, it's a natural moment to reflect on what safety actually means in the field.

It's not a checklist. It's not a poster in the break room. It's the reason we build redundancy into our systems, engineer automated blowdowns so crews aren't manually handling sand in sour gas environments, and design equipment with failure modes in mind before it ever hits location.

Our people go home every night. That's the standard, and everything we build is designed around it.

To the operators, field crews, and partners who share that commitment: thank you. This month is for you.

To every graduate in the EnerCorp 1-Team family, this one's for you.

Whether you're walking across an elementary school stage for the first time, finishing middle school, earning your high school diploma, or crossing the finish line with a college degree, you've worked hard, and it shows.

We are so proud of you. The families who make up this team work hard every day, and watching the next generation achieve great things is one of the best parts of being a part of the EnerCorp 1-Team.

Congratulations to all the graduates. The best is ahead of you.

Most production teams know their allocation data isn't perfect. They know calibration is a burden. They know the numbers get scrubbed after the fact.

What most operators don't fully account for is the compliance piece.

It's not just about being inaccurate. It's about being out of step with your stated measurement plan, and that's where regulatory exposure starts.

FloDatix is a multiphase electromagnetic flow meter designed to measure oil, gas, and water in real time without nuclear sources and without post-production data manipulation. It measures actual flow cross-sections. The data doesn't require adjustment.

We're currently in the field trial phase, selecting strategic early partners across a range of well conditions and flow rates. If accurate allocation and reduced measurement burden matter to your operation, we want to hear from you.

Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

To the veterans and military families within our 1-Team, and to the customers and partners who have served — thank you.

Your sacrifice is not forgotten. From everyone at EnerCorp, we wish you a meaningful Memorial Day.

This month we're celebrating three members of the 1-Team who have milestone anniversaries.

Geraldo "Chino" Dominguez — 5 Years

Chino joined EnerCorp in May 2021 as a Shop Hand at our South Yard and hasn't stopped growing since. He moved into testing, earned a promotion to Supervisor in December 2023, and has most recently taken on an administrative role managing recertification documentation, customer cost trackers, and equipment records. He's also been instrumental in helping other districts build out their own recertification processes. Outside of work, Chino enjoys the shooting range, working on cars, and spending time with his fiancée. The two are engaged and planning a Valentine's Day 2027 wedding after six years together. Congratulations, Chino.

Luis Martinez — 5 Years

Luis brings more than 10 years of oilfield experience to EnerCorp and continues to set the standard for what it looks like to lead by example. He's been a key influence on newer SSEs, always willing to step in, teach, and share what he knows in the field. Recently, Luis made a big move, relocating his family to Midland, showing the same commitment at home that he brings to every job. When he's not rigging up, he's with family and friends, grounded in what matters most. Congratulations, Luis.

Karl Howells — 10 Years A decade.

Karl, our B Pressure Welder Lead, has spent ten years bringing a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic, and an extraordinary level of dependability to this team. He's the person you call when it needs to get done right. An outstanding welder who takes genuine pride in his craft, Karl has stepped into whatever role was needed without hesitation and looked out for the people around him every step of the way. He's been recognized with both Leader of the Year and Employee of the Year awards, and he's earned every bit of it. Ten years of showing up, leading by example, and making this team better. Congratulations, Karl.

Thank you all for your dedication, your leadership, and the mark you've each left on this company. We're proud to have you on the 1-Team.

A sand separator is supposed to protect your downstream equipment. Many of them don't do that job well enough.

Non-engineered sand seps, the off-the-shelf equipment that claims to work on every well, typically capture between 50% and 65% of sand in moderate-to-challenging production. That means up to half your sand is moving through to your chokes, valves, compressors, and pipelines.

Engineered solutions close that gap. Equipment designed around the physics of fluid dynamics, sized for the specific flow rates and pressures of your well, captures virtually all sand before it reaches downstream equipment. The difference shows up in erosion rates, maintenance frequency, and unplanned downtime.

EnerCorp's advanced cyclone technology is customized to your well conditions before it ever hits location. Flow rates, pressures, and particle sizes are all factored in before deployment.

We published a new article covering what a sand separator is, the different types on the market, and how to evaluate them. Worth a read if you're building a new program or rethinking your current setup.
