Did you know? 🌍 Across our GBS hubs, women make up nearly 70% of our workforce—a powerful testament to the talent, leadership, and impact of the women driving our success every day.
This , our teams came together to celebrate, connect, and empower in their own unique way! Here's a look at how we marked the occasion:
💐 In Kuala Lumpur, we embraced this year's theme, "Give to Gain", with a clothes donation drive, collecting four full boxes of clothing to support a local women's shelter. Our team also tapped into their creative side during a Pipe Cleaner Art Session led by an internal expert, where we not only learned a new skill but also got to bring home a beautiful handmade flower as a sweet reminder of the day.
🥖 In Kraków, we gathered for a shared breakfast, and yes, the men joined in on the celebration too! With a spread of breads, jams, cheeses, ham, honey, and fresh fruits, it was a warm and relaxed way to start the day, connecting across teams. Later, appreciation cards were distributed, giving everyone a chance to express gratitude and recognize one another.
💄 In San José, we dedicated the entire month of March to celebrating! Highlights included a Skincare & Makeup Beauty Workshop led by four of our talented colleagues, and an empowering Open Dialogue session where two of our visiting leaders (Nooshin Vaughn, VP FP&A and Global Business Services and Maria Brennan, VP of Global Supply Chain – Performance Products) shared insights on career growth, navigating ambition, and embracing their identities. The conversation left our female associates energized and inspired to champion confidence, visibility, and influence.
