Our team joined an exciting demo day in Kazakhstan last week as we kickoff our partnership with Alatau Advance Air Group Ltd. (AAAG), a company pioneering the future of air mobility in Central Asia. At the opening ceremony of the UAM Test Center Eurasia, our autonomous delivery drones operated from multiple A2Z AirDocks integrated into the Alatau City Project . This Urban Air Mobility (UAM) project combines electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, air taxis, and logistics drones into what will soon be a regional network of vertiports. As one of the opening partners, we are actively integrating unmanned cargo delivery solutions into the smart city’s urban environment. The group demonstration was an important milestone showing that a variety of low-altitude systems can operate safely and efficiently in a shared airspace.

We’re excited to welcome Matthew Winters to our Torrance-based team as our newest Flight Operations Engineer. Matt brings diverse experience in both traditional fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft as well as unmanned aerial systems. Matt will be hands-on with our customers around the world, managing testing and maintenance for customer fleets while assisting with technical assembly, system integration, and flight operations support.
