Our Fabrication team has openings for Wire EDM Programmer/Operators on evening and overnight shifts. If you have experience working from prints, CAD models, and quality documentation to produce precision parts, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a competitive pay range with an amazing benefits package, an additional $2.00/hour for Evening Shift differential and $3.00/hour for Overnight Shift differential, and openings are available for Levels I, II, and III.

What a night at the ballpark! LSI's family night at the Rochester Red Wings game this past weekend was a great reminder of how much we value time together! We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with our community and share the experience with our families. ISMICs 2026 Meeting is a wrap!

A defining theme for us this year was the continued excitement around the MI-CHORD™ System. In conversations throughout the week, its role in supporting a more standardized approach to less invasive mitral repair was a consistent point of focus.

We also saw strong engagement around our RAM® and SEW-EASY® devices, with thoughtful discussions on their role in supporting precision, efficiency, and repeatability across a range of minimally invasive valve procedures.

A highlight from the program was the keynote lecture, “Nobel Peace Prize; The complicated legacy of Alfred Nobel,” delivered by Steve Bloom from the Nobel Peace Center. Before his talk, he had an opportunity to stop by our booth and demo some of our technology.

Beyond the technology itself, what continues to matter just as much is connecting with surgeons, sharing perspectives, and seeing how these approaches are being adopted and refined in practice.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by booths 1 & 2 to spend time with us! We appreciate the conversations and the continued collaboration shaping what’s ahead.

Last weekend our team joined over 60 local companies at the 2026 American Heart Association - New York State Rochester Heart Walk & Run! One week from today we'll be in Miami for ISMICs 2026 Annual Meeting! We're looking forward to a great meeting connecting with colleagues and sharing the latest in minimally invasive cardiac surgery.

At booths 1 & 2, we’ll be showcasing an approach to chordal replacement using our Mi-CHORD™ System and BOBsnare™ Device, highlighting the role they may play in advancing more standardized, minimally invasive mitral repair. We'll also be presenting new multi-center data on endoscopic RAM® AVR and fresh clinical perspectives on COR-KNOT®.

We're especially excited for the Friday evening ISMICS Attendee Reception on June 12th at The Tides Rooftop Terrace at the Fontainebleau. This event is open to all ISMICS attendees and includes dinner, an open bar, and live music from The Archive Ravens.
