In celebration of our 15th year working with New Lenox School District 122, we want to thank them for their partnership and highlight some of the work we are doing within their district:
With school letting out for summer break, most school districts are gearing up to start their capital improvement projects after months of planning and coordination. At New Lenox, however, we’re proud to say that work is already 45% complete on a nearly $8M, full mechanical replacement of Tyler School!
Through extensive preconstruction planning, ICI implemented a strategy that allowed for above-ceiling mechanical, electrical and structural infrastructure work to be installed after-hours, on breaks and weekends between February and May, all while keeping 100% of instructional space operational.
This level of foresight allows us to minimize the "summer crunch" that so many school districts and construction partners know all too well. The ICI team works hard to set every project—and every partner—up for success.
