**Job Responsibilities:**
As an HVAC Technician, you'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in Southern Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington D.C. This role requires diagnosing issues and ensuring excellent customer service. A company vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet will be provided.
**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience
- Familiar with residential split systems and light commercial systems up to 30 tons
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Strong communication skills
