We’re almost at the finish line at our Blue Hill Avenue project in Mattapan!

Our team is putting the final touches on Buildings A and B as we prepare for Temporary Certificates of Occupancy, while finishes continue throughout Building C. Appliances are being delivered, fixtures are being installed, and the project is quickly coming together.

Once complete, this new community will provide 30 affordable studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos across three buildings in the heart of Mattapan.

Our Superintendent Nick had the honor of giving a project tour of our La Salette Retirement Home project in Attleboro, MA to a group of priests visiting from around the world.

When complete, this new community will feature 21 senior apartment units, a commercial kitchen, common spaces, provincial offices, and a chapel.

This past weekend, we held another successful Annual Safety Conference, bringing together our field and office teams to reinforce our shared commitment to safety.

At BHB, safety is more than a priority — it’s part of our culture and the way we operate every day. Thank you to Justin from , Assistant Superintendent Nicole, and General Superintendent Todd for leading engaging presentations centered around this year’s theme: Recognize, Respond, Respect.

This development will deliver 30 affordable homeownership units across three buildings, along with 3,000 SF of commercial space for local entrepreneurs—delivered by a woman-led team. A strong example of what thoughtful partnerships can achieve—creating access, opportunity, and lasting community impact.
