Shoutout to Darren Tope and his grade crew – Jimmy Thomas, Moises Reynoso, and Devon Chavis – for demonstrating outstanding teamwork and situational awareness in a tight residential neighborhood.

While removing asphalt for repaving, the crew maintained excellent housekeeping, controlled dust, and assisted residents safely navigating the work area.

We were honored to host Congressman Brian Mast at Ranger’s West Palm Beach plant for an inside look at our operations. The visit opened up some fantastic dialogue about what it takes to build and maintain quality roads, as well as the upcoming 5-year Highway Bill.

Working in high temperatures requires more than hard work—it requires smart work.

At Ranger Construction, safety is a priority on every jobsite. As temperatures rise, taking simple precautions can help prevent heat-related illnesses.

💧 Drink water frequently—even before you feel thirsty.
🌳 Take breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas.
👷 Watch for signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke in yourself and your coworkers.
🤝 Look out for one another and speak up if someone appears to be struggling.
