💥 Another Customer Back in Business!

This 2022 Freightliner M2 106 Base equipped with a 2021 Kohler Generator was sidelined by a fuel leak. Thanks to our mobile repair service, a TCS technician responded directly to the customer’s location, quickly located the failed fuel line, and got straight to work.

A new fuel line was installed onsite, the system was properly bled, and the generator was fired up and tested to ensure everything was operating flawlessly before being returned to service.

🚧 Yale GLP050 Back in Action! 🚧

This Yale GLP050 was completely down and unable to operate. Our technician arrived onsite, quickly diagnosed the issue, and found severe spark plug thread damage that had caused the plugs to blow out of the cylinder head.

To get this unit back to reliable working condition, we replaced the cylinder head and installed a new timing set due to the machine’s hours of operation. After reassembly, fresh fluids were added, the engine was thoroughly tested, and the forklift was returned to service.

🚚🔧 Mobile Oil Leak Repair – Same Day Solution! 🔧🚚

A customer noticed a significant engine oil leak on their 2015 Isuzu NPR and needed it handled fast. Our technician arrived onsite, raised the cab, and quickly discovered the source—a deteriorated oil line that had become brittle over time and finally split.

After confirming the issue, we sourced a replacement hose locally, returned to the truck, and completed the repair the same day. Once installed, the engine was brought up to operating temperature and thoroughly inspected to ensure the leak was completely eliminated. We then cleaned all residual oil from the engine and frame, leaving the truck ready to get back to work.

⚠️ Downtime doesn’t wait, and neither do we.

We received a call for a JLG 400S that wouldn’t start. On top of the no-start condition, an electric motor was running continuously anytime the battery was connected, creating a major concern for the customer.

After arriving onsite, our technician quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed auxiliary pump contactor that had welded itself shut. Rather than leaving the customer stranded, we carefully disassembled the contactor and freed the stuck contacts, allowing the machine to be moved safely until the permanent repair could be completed.

A new contactor has been ordered and is scheduled for installation the next day.

🚨💪 DOWN IN THE WEE HOURS OF MORNING, BACK ON THE ROAD BEFORE AFTERNOON! 💪🚨

A leaking drive axle seal on this 2017 International 4300 was threatening to put this truck out of commission, but our mobile service team answered the call and got straight to work.

On-site, we disassembled the rear axle assembly, removed the hub, replaced the failed seal, serviced the hub, cleaned and inspected the ABS components, refilled with fresh gear oil, adjusted the brakes, and torqued everything back to factory specifications.

🚨 Customer called with a lift leaking fluid and needing immediate attention. Our technician was dispatched to the job site and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. Upon inspection, we found the root cause—a failed radiator caused by overheating.

To minimize downtime, parts were ordered overnight and we returned to the facility the very next day. The repair included removing the counterweight and replacing the water pump, upper and lower radiator hoses, and radiator assembly. The system was refilled with fresh coolant, thoroughly tested, and placed back into service.

At the customer’s request, all preventative maintenance services were performed after hours on Saturday, allowing their operation to continue without interruption throughout the week.

Customer reported an oil leak from the transmission area on a 2023 Isuzu FTR equipped with an Allison 3000 Series transmission. Performed mobile on-site diagnostics and confirmed the transmission output shaft seal was leaking. Removed necessary components to access and replace the failed seal, then thoroughly cleaned the surrounding area of all oil residue and contamination. Reassembled all components, topped off transmission fluid to proper level, and verified repair with no further leaks present. Unit was repaired and returned to service the same day through mobile repair support.
