Our team recently had the opportunity to tour Custom House and see the results of their coordination work in action.

From laser scanning the historic structure to documenting construction progress through monthly exterior and interior drone flights, the team played an important role in capturing existing conditions and coordinating the new build as it wrapped around the original structure. It’s a great example of how technology, planning, and field coordination come together to support complex work within a historic building.

Working alongside Trident Construction, our team is helping virtually build and coordinate the 480,000-square-foot, four-phase mixed-use development within Charleston’s historic district — balancing modern construction, historic preservation, complex infrastructure, and advanced prefabrication systems.
