What a weekend! 🎉
From great food to prizes, games, and some splash-filled surprises at the dunk tank, our Family Picnic was one for the books! A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun and memorable day. We loved seeing our employees and their families enjoying time together outside of work. Say hello to Charlee!

Charlee is officially joining Western Industries as our four-legged mascot, and she stopped by with Kesha to kick off something fun.

We're launching a new series called: Where's Charlee?
She'll be popping up around Western, at community events, and even on a few road trips.
First stop: a photo by the Western Industries sign.

After 18 incredible years, today we celebrated Dora Mendez—the kindest heart, and a true joy to everyone lucky enough to know her. Dora’s warmth, positivity, and caring spirit have brightened our workplace and touched so many lives. While we’ll miss her smiling face every day, we’re so grateful for the 18 amazing years she spent at Western. Happy Retirement, Dora! 🩷
