Meet our Builder! Ronnie Dager has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years, with a passion for building that started long before it became his career. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in Economics, but his business journey began even earlier; launching his own landscaping company at just 12 years old.
After successfully selling his landscaping business, Ronnie entered the construction industry at 19 and never looked back. He went on to obtain his building contractor’s license and founded Dager Construction, where he has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and reliability.
Ronnie is truly passionate about what he does. He approaches every project with careful attention to detail, transparency, and a strong commitment to timelines and budgets. Relationship-driven and customer-focused, he believes clear communication and trust are just as important as craftsmanship.
