Safety Week may have been earlier this month, but we're excited to finally share a recap of the event.

Employees from Superior Contracting Services, Superior Environmental Services, and Site Solutions came together for a day of safety training, challenges, supplier demonstrations, raffles, and a company BBQ.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success. Safety remains our top priority, and we're proud of the commitment our teams demonstrate every day.

Employee of the Month x2 🙌

For March employee(s) of the month, we’re shouting out Heydi Gonzalez and Sayra Mateo from our Final Cleaning team.
If something needs to get done — they’re there.
If there’s an emergency — they’re already on the way.
No complaints, no hesitation… just “we got it.”
They show up, stay ready, wear their PPE, and figure things out on the fly when a job throws curveballs (which it always does). And at the end of it? The job gets done right and the client’s happy.
They make our lives easier in ways that might not always be obvious — but they matter every single day.

That shift helped shape the industry—and it’s still evolving today.

Flashback Friday | 5 Neponset Street – Reliant Medical

Throwing it back to one of our standout projects — a full shell demolition of a four-story, 120,000 SF corporate facility in an active business park.

This complex scope combined regulated asbestos abatement, selective façade removals reaching up to 53 feet high, and a complete interior gut across all four floors — including ceilings, flooring, MEP systems, and over 8,000 linear feet of partitions. Our team even tackled 30,000 SF of concrete slab removal and full façade ACM remediation under containment.

Working in a live campus environment, we implemented dust suppression, negative air systems, and tight coordination to keep neighboring operations running smoothly — all while maintaining schedule and safety.

Highlights:
✅ Integrated abatement and demolition, reducing turnover time
✅ Full-building gut demo delivered safely and on schedule
✅ Complex façade removal executed with precision using multi-lift equipment
✅ Zero disruption to surrounding tenants
