What looked like a simple deck repair turned into a complete structural rebuild.

Once we removed the decking, we uncovered extensive hidden rot in the framing and support posts. We stripped everything down, replaced the damaged structure with new pressure-treated lumber, and rebuilt it the right way.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced carpenter or apprentice ready to take the next step to join our team. Based in Hampstead, NC.

We specialize in high-end residential construction and remodeling projects, including custom decks, outdoor living spaces, trim work, renovations, and specialty finishes. Our clients expect exceptional craftsmanship, and we take pride in delivering it.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Carpentry and remodeling experience
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
✔ Ability to read situations and figure out solutions without constant supervision
✔ Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
✔ Professional appearance and communication with clients
✔ Detail-oriented craftsmanship and not afraid of hard work

Responsibilities:
* Framing, trim, decking, and general carpentry
* Remodeling and renovation work
* Problem-solving in the field
* Creating material lists when needed

Pay:
$15-$30 hourly. Paid holidays. Paid time off after a set time.

Recent deck project we finished on Topsail Island. We fixed the framing, replaced the decking with composite materials, added new handrails, and topped it off with a new custom sun centerpiece!
