Kitchen, dining, and master bedroom upgrade.

We condensed what use to be a hallway, bathroom, office, and living room into one walk-in master suite. The dining room got more of a designated area and the kitchen got a full remodel from dark cherry to bright white and grays.

Finished product! Stained and sealed stamped concrete patio that we did earlier this summer after pouring.

Out with the old and in with the new! New front stoop and sidewalk to replace the old exposed aggregate concrete.

Tons of entertaining upgrades to this residence! New front and rear decks, and a very large stamped concrete patio to replace all of the shifting and settling paver blocks. As we were tearing the old decks off we found lots of issues with improper waterproofing/flashing construction previously done, leading to lots of rotting. We had to remove and replace both front and rear insulation, rim boards, some wall framing, and all of the OSB sheathing. After replacement and proper waterproofing/flashing we had a new solid surface to build both new decks from.

South and west facing patio’s just get too warm to enjoy during the summer months. We added a roof over this patio to provide both shade and protection from the elements for year-round use! Whether it’s entertaining, grilling, or just relaxing it definitely adds the perfect touch.

What a transformation we had with this house! We removed the old wood grooved vertical siding and replaced it all with half log timber siding. The old wood soffit and fascia was replaced with new aluminum. Our customers picked two beautiful doors to match their soffit and fascia. Then tying it all together with a new TimberTech deck and horizontal cable railing.
