There are two types of concrete: concrete that’s cracked and concrete that’s going to crack (hopefully in the far future). 😄

But that doesn’t mean you have to live with sunken, damaged concrete that’s beyond repair!

On this project, we removed the old, deteriorating concrete, installed a solid new base, poured fresh concrete, and sealed it to help protect it for years to come.

Our South Dakota winters can be brutal on concrete. Between the freeze-thaw cycles and the salt used on roads and sidewalks, your concrete takes a beating every year.

Regular cleaning and sealing (typically every 1–2 years, depending on the product and conditions) can help protect the surface, reduce moisture pe*******on, and extend the life of your concrete.

Construction can be about large beautiful remodels which are truly rewarding.
But it can be about small jobs too.
Like swapping out just this front door slab
With a new fiberglass one without changing the style of the existing glass-block entryway. New modified threshold, cutting in the hinges, drilling for deadbolts, puttying the old plates.

Can it be tedious with lots of adjustments and “winging-it” moments? Yes.
Is it still rewarding and satisfying? Absolutely.
