These little bricks take extra time to get right.

Sometimes the customer doesn't love their selection. While I do feel a little guilty painting the thin brick surround that we just finished a week ago, I'm not willing to argue with my almost 89 year old customer. It looks beautiful and she's over the moon about it so.......
Demetrio, Victor, and then Gustavo and Maria did a fantastic job.

Eddie, Emilio, and Felipe are making steady progress on the brick surround. These short bricks take a long time but I love the look. Oswaldo will be out tomorrow to install a custom copper flashing under the fascia of the feature wall and then we'll continue to the flashing which will divert water to the face of the bricks.

Victor, Felipe, and Eddie going on the brick detail as we drive towards the finish on this room addition job. Patrick has a little Hardie Plank siding to finish up once they're done.

Gustavo and Maria finished the primer and painting today. The customer's are thrilled and we're ready for production. I hearing 124 units total so 123 to go. My suggestion will save the association and homeowners approximately $1.3M. Hill Condos

Done! Passed the roof final and solar install inspections. The inspector (an ex-roofer) was thoroughly impressed and asked us to do a roof on his rental property.

10/14/2026

All done. This is the 5th or 6th project for this family. It gets easier each time as they understand the process and have an increased level of comfort. It sounds like the front yard will be next.

10/13/2026

Victor is out setting brick for the fireplace surround. This almost 89 year old (now widowed) customer has used us for almost 20 years.

10/13/2026

Chava is up at the Fairmont Hill Townhomes today welding a sample to show the association board members so that their homes can sold to someone using FHA funding. They're currently non-compliant. They asked us not to worry about the height for now. Gustavo is scheduled for Thursday to touch up the paint.

Busy day today. Oswaldo finished up the new roof for our old neighbors. Gutters were finished last Saturday. Jose will be back today to finish reinstalling the solar. Inspection tomorrow.
