🔧 About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Project Estimator with strong experience in mechanical services, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation. If you’re confident with technical drawings, BOQs, and delivering accurate project pricing—this role is for you!

✅ Key Requirements:
• HVAC quantity take-offs (duct, pipe & equipment)
• BOQ preparation & cost estimation
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Strong ducting & piping knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD skills
• Tender preparation & vendor coordination experience

🎓 Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

💻 Software Skills:
Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, Bluebeam/PlanSwift (advantage), Revit (optional)

🔧 About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Technician with experience in HVAC/R systems, VRF technology, controls, and cold storage systems. You’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across commercial and industrial systems.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Install, service & repair HVAC/R systems (including VRF)
✔ Work on cold rooms & freezer systems
✔ Diagnose electrical, refrigeration & control faults
✔ Perform maintenance, leak detection & commissioning
✔ Handle refrigerants safely and follow compliance standards

🎯 Requirements:
✔ Certificate/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
✔ 3–5 years experience in HVAC/R
✔ Knowledge of VRF systems & controls
✔ Strong troubleshooting and electrical skills
✔ Ability to work independently & in a team

Air Conditioning Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable technician to install, maintain,and repair various air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities•
-Install, service, and repair split systems, ducted units, and commercial HVAC systems
-Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues (mechanical and electrical)
-Install and maintain refrigeration units including cold rooms, freezers, and chillers
-Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-Perform refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and recharging
-Maintain accurate service records and reports
-Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements
-Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
-Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role
-Valid Refrigerant Handling License or ODS certification ( Bonus)
-Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or after-hours if required
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Valid driver’s license ( Bonus)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
-Experience with VRF/VRV systems
-Knowledge of BMS systems
-Overseas work experience or training (bonus)
-Ability to work independently on remote job sites
