DUAL HIGH-PRESSURE SLURRY KNIFE GATE VALVE (DHPSKG)

DUAL’s High Pressure Slurry Knife Gate Valve is a true bi-directional knife gate valve. Its rubber sleeves are designed to seal and withstand the harsh abrasive duty inherent in mining & milling facilities, isolation is provided by the gate passing through the sleeve in such a manner that any solids that could potentially clog or jam the blade are purged out from between the sleeves to atmosphere, through the bottom of the valve housing.

DUAL FLANGED KNIFE GATE (DFKG)

DUAL’s Flanged Knife Gate Valve is a true Bi-Directional gate valve. The rubber sleeves are designed to withstand the harsh abrasive duty within the mining and milling industry. DUAL PINCH VALVE SLEEVES (DPVS)

The core of the Pinch Valve is the rubber sleeve,which is the only part in contact with the medium. The full bore sleeve integrates the valve perfectly to the pipeline, eliminates turbulence and minimises pressure losses. Technologically advanced sleeves guarantee high wear and corrosion resistance, a trouble free operation and an extended lifetime. The sleeves are well suited for on/off throttling control applications involving slurries, powders, liquids, granulated materials and applications where scale build up is a problem.

DUAL PINCH VALVES

The Dual Pinch Valves all consist of a tough, but flexible full bore sleeve, which forms part of the pipeline. The core of the Dual Pinch Valve is the sleeve – this sleeve is reinforced with high-strength fabric.

With the heart of the valve being the Sleeve, the valve is suited for on / off and throttling control applications where scale build up is a problem. The sleeve is manufactured in a variety of materials, dependant on the medium flow or application. The sleeve can also be urethane lined to increase the longevity of the sleeve when in high abrasive applications.
