Some of the strongest hands in our industry belong to women.

With Women’s Day approaching on 9 August, we’re taking a moment to recognise the women who show up every day in workshops, on construction sites and in the electrical field, putting on their PPE, picking up the tools and getting the job done.

Engineering and labour intensive industries haven’t always been easy spaces for women, but every challenge overcome is helping pave the way for those who will follow.

To every woman welding, wiring, building, leading and solving problems behind the scenes, thank you. Your hard work, courage and dedication don’t go unnoticed, and our industry is stronger because of you.

Here’s to the women who continue to break barriers, prove what’s possible and inspire the next generation.

Making critical progress in a tight window ⚡

During the 2 day shutdown at Valterra Platinum Converter Plant, the DEI team successfully achieved key milestones on Project CC21035 with the AS05 network tie in.
