Responsibilities:
– Service and repair of trucks on all brands
– Willing to do standby
– Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
– Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience as an Diesel Mechanic
– Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
– Familiarity with a variety of vehicles.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Valid driver’s license

Dynamic company, established in 2003 seeking a Debtors Clerk. We offer our clients 24 hour, 7 days a week auto electrical, airbrakes and trailer breakdown services in the Western Cape area. We are the preferred service supplier to many transport companies, local municipality, government and walk-in clients.

Responsible for all debtors.

English and Afrikaans proficient.

Capture customer invoices accurately on Sage online.

Manage creditors - payments, reconciliations and allocations and capture supplier invoices.

Prepare monthly statements and answer any queries from customers re their accounts etc.

Liaising with workshop personnel and communicating with customers.

Responsible for collecting outstanding debts.

Ensuring customer queries are efficiently resolved.

Making sure that no vehicle leaves the premises without payment (Cash customers)

Salary: Gross R10K to R15K per month depending on experience. Monday to Friday 7:30 to 5:00pm
