Yolanda Phikelela Properties is looking for experienced construction workers to join our growing projects across South Africa.
Available Positions
🔹 Builders – Salary: R7 000 per month
🔹 Plasterers – Salary: R7 000 per month
🔹 Assistant Builders / Labourers (Daka Boys) – Salary: R4 500 per month
Minimum Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years construction experience
✔ South African ID or valid work permit for foreign nationals
✔ Bank account in your own name (salary paid via bank only)
✔ Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work on site
⚠ IMPORTANT COMPANY RULES
To protect our projects and clients, we have a strict anti-theft policy:
• Fingerprint background checks will be conducted
• Any theft of materials will result in immediate dismissal and it can lead to a criminal record
• Workers may be searched when leaving site
• All materials are recorded and monitored by site supervisors
We are looking for honest workers who want long-term work, not people looking for shortcuts.
