Natural gas may be diverted to underground storage or liquefied for storage and transport. Both paths create sampling challenges, including changing pressures, phase behaviour and the risk of composition changes before analysis.

CAC Gas supplies natural gas sampling equipment designed to capture and transport representative samples from flowing pipelines. Options include composite samplers such as the GSS-4, heated sampling solutions for gas at or near the hydrocarbon dew point, spot sampling manifolds and sample probes, plus single-cavity and constant-pressure cylinders.
