We haven't shown you our Indooroopilly site in a while, so here's an update. The frames are standing, trusses are on, and the roof and cladding are next.

This is one of our favourite stages of the build - when lines on a plan start becoming real spaces, and you can finally walk through the home and picture how it’ll all come together.

There’s something about stepping into a space that opens right up above you. It feels lighter, calmer, and easier to be in. By opening up vertical space, voids let light travel further, connect levels, and give shared areas a more relaxed, open feel - when done with intention. Back at Bulimba, we're getting this home’s exterior closer to the finish line.

Cladding is near complete by now, and in the next updates you’ll start to see some of the details that really bring this home to life - including a feature wall, timber ceilings, and a few other design touches that tie everything together.
