Most trip hazards don't need new concrete. We grind the raised edge or part back flush, and the problem's gone in an hour or two. No jackhammer, no ripping out a slab that's otherwise fine.

From trashed to tenant ready in a day.

When a commercial lease ends, you’re usually on the hook to hand the space back the way you found it. That means stripping out everything you put in during your fit-out. Flooring, fixtures, the lot.

Sub-10 hours. First full Ironman. Age 20.
We're proud to have sponsored local athlete Finn Howard at Ironman Cairns on 14 June, and what a debut it turned out to be.

Finn crossed the finish line in 9 hours, 46 minutes and 13 seconds on one of the tougher editions of the race in recent memory. Brutal headwinds on the bike, choppy water on the swim, and a DNF rate towards the higher end for the event. He made it look like he belonged there.

Finn trains under coach Alex Coe of Sub 10 Loading and will soon to be passing on what he's learned by coaching others. Next stop: Ironman Western Australia in Busselton this December. HOME TURF.

Bruce and the whole team at The Full Strip-Out are big believers in backing local. Finn is exactly the kind of young South West athlete worth talking about, and we're glad we got to play a small part in his journey.
