A quiet moment of contrast in this Brighton home. Deep timber joinery and richly veined stone bring warmth and depth, while the sculptural mirror and soft, curved detailing create a sense of calm.

Every material has been considered not only for how it looks, but for how it makes the space feel. Design and built by Stonnington.

Trends are temporary. Endurance is intentional.

A bathroom designed to feel considered now, and for years to come. Timeless materials, refined detailing and a restrained palette come together to create a space that prioritises longevity over the moment.

Designed and built by Stonnington.

Lynch Cres | A staircase designed as an architectural feature, not simply a connection between floors. Natural timber, softly curved walls and a continuous handrail create an elegant sense of movement through the home, with every junction resolved to feel seamless.

"Rather than designing for one type of buyer, the team set out to create something genuinely flexible. A downsizer couple, a young family, an empty nester. The home had to work for all of them without feeling like a compromise for any." - Stonnington Director, Enzo Campus on Snooks Crt, Brighton.

Some homes are built to simply impress. This one was built to be lived in. Designed for the way you actually live.

"Right now this wellness space functions as a retreat, but it can be converted to a bedroom or third living area with very little intervention. The floor plan doesn’t lock you in. It gives you options." - Stonnington Director, Enzo Campus on Snooks Crt, Brighton

Lynch Cres | "A well-resolved plan should always start at the heart of the home - the main living space. This is where life unfolds. Where mornings begin and evenings unwind. Where people gather, retreat, and connect." - Stonnington director, Attila Csaplar on the imporatnce of designing from the inside out.
